Family

We are a family owned and operated business with an attitude of ‘all our people are extended family members’. Family is important to us all which is why we are committed to being a flexible employer, offering the best solutions for all the families who work with us. Teamwork, as they say, makes the dream work and no functional family works well without working together – that’s all we ask of our people.

Adaptability

One thing you will never hear us say? ‘We do it that way because that’s the way we’ve always done it’. We pride ourselves on our ability to manage change well and are continually developing the business and its operations to be the best version of itself that it can be.

Excellence

Striving for excellent customer service is intrinsic to our offering. Our aim is to; provide the best quality products, with no minimum order requirements, available for same day dispatch, arriving to our customer packaged with care by our team. We firmly believe this sets us aside from our competitors and fully engage our team in understanding the crucial part each member plays in delivering excellent service.

Efficiency

Why do things the hard way right? Driving lean operational processes is key to our commitment to continuous improvement, which we believe without doubt drives efficiency into all aspects of the business. That said what we NEVER do is cut corners to increase efficiency. If something is worth doing then do it right – and efficiently!

Integrity

For us, ‘Integrity’ is the all-embracing value that wraps around them all. Without integrity we don’t believe it’s possible to deliver any of our core values. Our expectation of all our people is that they do their best and approach our customers, suppliers and wider stakeholders with respect, honesty and truth, all underpinned by strong moral and ethical principles and values.
