Customer Service Support

We're adding to our fantastic Customer Service team who are the face & voice of The Plastic Bottles Company. The service, support and advice we offer new and existing clients is an integral part of who we are, so if you're a customer service superstar looking for a new role, we’d love to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Updating all relevant systems involved in processing orders and customer enquiries
  • End of day procedure for order processing
  • Backorder management
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Handling any customer complaints and customer feedback in line with the Quality Management System
  • Non Conformance
  • Processing telephone/email orders/answering email enquiries
  • To uphold our values and ethics at all times and conduct yourself in an appropriate manner as a representative of the business
  • To maximise sales and profits whilst minimising loss and damages
  • To handle all data in line with GDPR Regulations May 2018
  • Keeping working areas clean, tidy and safe

Full Time 37.5 hoursMon-Friday 9am to 5pm28 days holiday plus bank holidaysSalary to be discussed
