We're adding to our fantastic Sales team who are the face & voice of The Plastic Bottles Company. The service, support and advice we offer new and existing clients is an integral part of who we are, so if you're a sales support superstar looking for a new role, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Sales support team guide our customers through every step of a sale and help resolve issues or concerns that they may have. Other duties and responsibilities of a Sales Support may include:

• Answering questions from prospective customers about online purchase process
• Tracking orders and investigating shipping delays for customers waiting on products
• Answering questions from existing customers about their orders
• Processing customer sales, refunds and returns
• Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key data
• Reporting unusual activity to Management
• Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions
• Referring complex cases to Office Team Leader
• Making follow-up contact to inform customers of new or improved products

Full TimeMon-Friday 8.10am to 5pm

We operate a 9-day fortnight where team members work their total contracted hours over a shorter number of days. This offers a 3 day weekend every 2 weeks in addition to 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
